Need high brand recognition? You need to involve your customer

Fight for survival is hard:

The era is fast and rapid. Your survival depends upon your pace. How fast you can catch up with things can only predict that whether you will stay in the business or not. Daily in every industry hundred of companies comes and go. It’s a fight for survival. And let me tell you to survive in this competitive era is not easy. Your survival depends upon your uniqueness and differentiation that you create. And most importantly your brand recognition. Mostly every company when in need to answer the question about brand recognition runs towards marketing channels. Because it is a rule of thumb that only marketing can get you the major chunk of brand recognition.

Now marketers use different marketing techniques to serve the cause. But as I have said that in this competitive age one has to be unique. One of the very unique and new marketing channels is here whom we call experiential marketing. This is entirely based upon involving customer into the product while selling them the product. Gone are the days when customer use to believe on TV ads and start recognizing different brands. Now customer is more educated than ever before thanks to internet and IT revolution. Now they have vast number of choices available to choose from.

Event market can touch customer’s senses:

Now days the soul of experiential marketing is trade shows and event marketing. Where trade show models interact with customers and market the product in real life. So many studies and experiences tell that a trade shows create more awareness than enormous TV ads and print media. Once you have involved the customer and live demonstrated the product he would never forget that impact. A long lasting impact. And that is what you were willing to achieve. A well organized trade show with well trained event staff enables companies to do so many things which are practically impossible to perform with other types of media. For example it makes easy for companies to present free samples to their customers, to educate their customers about the product usage etc.

Easily communicate the message:

Watching a TV ad or on your way to somewhere reading a billboard may not touch your senses as much as may be while attending an event or communicating with a promotional model would do. When a customer attend an event, promo model have more chance to influence its mind and influence customer’s choices than any other form of media have. Because in face to face interaction the real message of the company can be communicated in an appropriate matter and the points of differentiations can too be elaborated in front of customers. Every company has something unique, and this marketing channel gives more room to every business to communicate that uniqueness to their customers.

Today so many businesses say that this type of marketing gets them more conversions than any other type. They are using this marketing channel to bring in new customers. Event marketing can pay off in so many matters like selling product, creating awareness, generating leads etc. And it should be the most important part of every company’s marketing campaign. But the only thing that matter is the proper planning the whole activity and the goals of the event should be decided upfront.
