Event staffing Vs. Other forms of promotions

What cannot reach billions not worth spending. That’s rule of marketing. People believe on what they see with their eyes. Marketing tits & bits helps companies achieve that. So many companies admit that without marketing they are like a house without windows. Marketing is the back bone of every business. In today’s competitive world it is next to impossible for any company to have higher rate of returns without taking help from marketing techniques. So many companies around the globe perform so many activities to energize their marketing campaigns. The basic purpose of any company’s marketing campaign revolves around the customer’s traffic, spreading brand awareness and of course achieving higher rate of returns.

And to serve this cause a lot of companies spend a big chunk of their revenues in marketing campaigns. Some companies focuses Television media, some approach print media, some goes viral, and few of them through a trade show once in a while. As a Matter of fact Television, print, and internet media have the competency to reach the masses. And they do. But when we are talking about marketing every company want conversions. They seek results. Having a lot of viewers are not enough for any company. Because they are serious companies doing serious business and not they do not want to act like a juggler in a carnival. Having Money eater campaigns are not enough, all the companies want big sales numbers after they do launch a marketing campaign.

Why trade shows are important:

In recent years, I have witnessed a marketing technique that have a great potential of conversions. And that technique is called trade shows. Companies hire event staffing agencies and they provide them Promotional models to conduct a trade show. Now usually these trade shows are held at places like, theaters, universities, shopping malls, shopping festivals, and all the places where a lot of traffic of people is expected. And event staffing agencies gives the complete product knowledge to their promotional models which they communicate and demonstrate to the clients. Which I personally think is better and if not better than almost of same importance as TV, Print, or any other form of media is. I Know what you might be thinking that how can a trade show which is conducted by a human promotional model can be of the same competency of reaching masses as the giants of media like TV, print does? But all the companies need to understand that consumer behavior is very tricky.

Consumer behavior:

As I have discussed earlier that all the companies who launch marketing campaign seeks brand awareness. If you look at brand awareness from company’s point of view TV, Print media, and internet are enough. But if you look at brand awareness from consumer’s prospective so consumer always seeks involvement. Once a consumer gets involve with a certain product. Nothing can make him forget about that product. E.g. if a kid will see ads of gaming devices thousand times on TV, or internet or some other form media will be nothing in front of if he will play or demo test it once at some trade show located at some shopping centre conducted by a promotional model. That will make more awareness in the kid’s mind. So is the case with other products. At trade show promotional models live demonstrate the product of a service. And give people free samples, demo runs of the product. This creates more awareness than any TV add And Event marketing helps companies to create the brand loyalty.

Trade Shows can reach masses:

Talking some more about consumer behavior I would say that may be trade shows does not have the competency to reach the masses. Or they might not have as many views as TV, print or internet have. But imagine if you can make one loyal customer, how many referrals would he bring in? And those referrals bring in new referrals. And if you can make 1000 loyal customers or brand advocate with the help of promotional models. How many more loyal customers and referrals they would bring in. And make a never ending chain of customers.

No doubt event staffing has proved to be one of the important parts of so many companies. They are hiring promotional models to promote their products and services. You should start is too.
